ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Raoul Rugamba is an entrepreneur, based in Kigali, Rwanda.
His businesses are focusing on the technology applied to education and in the cultural and creative industries. He started his business journey in 2008, and in 2015, he founded his own company, a creative and communication agency, the Hobe Agency. In 2018 he founded a Pan-African initiative named Africa in Colors, a global network of creatives from 37 countries across Africa and beyond.
